  • We do not require your credit card details. If we need to make a payment to you, we will request and invoice with your banking details and make payment directly to your chosen bank account.   • Where we allocate or replace a password that enables you to access certain sections of our site, we will not store it. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential. Please notify us immediately if you become aware that your password may have become compromised and/or accessed by an unauthorised party.
  • From time-to-time we review our information collection, storage, and processing practices; including physical security measures, to keep up-to-date with best practices.

Citrus Research International (Pty) Ltd (known as CRI) is a business in the citrus industry that focuses on research.

Delivery policy
Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 5 business days and delivery confirmed by way ­­­­­­­­­­­­­­email.

Export restriction
The offering on this website is available to South African clients only.

Return and Refunds policy
The provision of goods and services by CRI is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, CRI will refund the client in full within 30 days.
Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 10 % administration fee.

Customer privacy policy

Payment options accepted
Payment can be made via Visa, MasterCard, Diners or American Express credit cards or by bank transfer into the CRI bank account, the details of which will be provided on request.

Credit card acquiring and security
Credit card transactions will be acquired for CRI via PayGate (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for all South African Acquiring Banks. PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no credit card details are stored on the website. Customer details separate from card details
Customer details will be stored by CRI separately from card details which are entered by the client on PayGate’s secure site. For more detail on PayGate refer to

Merchant outlet country and transaction currency
The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).

CRI takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.

Country of domicile
This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and CRI chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature, 2 Baker street, Nelspruit, 1200.
